Axis has gained complete experience in developing complex databanks, thanks to its continuous collaboration with the Agenzia Regional del Lavoro (Regional Employment Office). For this customer, Axis has developed a system that manages the demand and supply of employment in the Sardinian region. The product described herein is an example of what can be done using web-based software architecture.
The project is composed of a CV and a Company databank. For each of these, a synthetic description of the functions implemented is provided below.

- The first time the user is registered, he/she receives a CV code and password in order to easily modify/integrate his/her own personal data.
- “Password retrieval” function in case the CV code or password are forgotten or lost.
The databank technical administrator has access with a restricted code and password. He/she can access the following operational options:
- Search the CV databank.
- Search by each personal data entry or for all the entries foreseen in the CV.
- Summary of the last 12 months.
- Monthly summary (average daily contacts, files, pages visited for each month).
- Area created especially to simplify the activities of search and select the various professional profiles.
It is aimed at both private enterprise as well as public administrations that want to activate instruments for integration in the working world. Those interested fill out a online Data Form.
The automated system of matching Demand/Supply is based on the CV and Company databanks. Access to the Noticeboard is granted by entering the code and password received after having filled out the CV or the Data Form.
Having entered the Noticeboard, Bodies and Enterprises can place an announcement indicating the professional profile they are looking for. In addition, the advertiser can see how many aspiring candidates answered the advertisement and view the CV of each of them.
The aspiring candidate will have access to the Noticeboard, where he/she can answer the advertisements with a simple click of the mouse. The code and password will be always requested for each answer, so as to authorize the advertiser to view the CV. |
