Last Monday, March 22, Axis S.r.l., Artware S.a.s., Film Up S.r.l. and Imperia, have given birth to the consortium Sardegna Innovazione with the objective to create an operation and strategy focused partnership.The ICT sector is considered to be a key growth factor for the Italian economy. Sardinia Innovation aspires to play an important role in this field, implementing advanced web based tools as well as projecting the integration of the internet and the wireless technologies platforms.Sardinia Innovation aims to become a centre of excellence in pre-competitive and applied industrial research, partnering with other firms, consortiums and Universities. The first deal has been struck with the Department of Physique of the University of Cagliari.
