Axis launches E-Care

Axis Strategic Vision develops E-Care, a medical analisys management system based on Java Smart Cards. This system will allow patients to carry hundreds analisys on a single card, which is also a useful and practice identification tool for the medical units.

The system is made of a server-side application (dedicated to data storage), and a client-side application for the management (visualization, inserting and modification) of personal patients data stored in the Java Smart Cards.

Sardegna Innovazione, R&D center of Axis Group, has take part this project using Sun Hardware Tecnology as Sun Microsystem Partner Advantage Program.
