Gian Luca Filippi is Axis' CEO. After having obtained a degree in Economics at the University of Cagliari, he took several courses specialized in marketing and management. He gained considerable experience on national and international levels having worked for various years in Milan, Athens and the United States. He worked for multinationals A.C. Nielsen Italia Marketing Research and Milano & Grey e GGK Italia, where he gained complete experience as a consultant and expert in marketing. In addition, he has an important background as Senior Account Manager in the advertising industry, having coordinated the communication activities for IBM, Agfa, San Pellegrino, Wella and Suzuki. Currently, he holds managerial position for the Terziario Innovativo dell'Associazione degli Industriali di Cagliari (Innovative Service Industry of the Industrialists Association in Cagliari), is sole director of Sardegna.com and Sardegna Innovazione and member of the Board of Directors of the Consorzio Pharma-Gen (Pharma-Gen Consortium) and the consortium company Parco Gen.O.S..

Andrea Pili CTO of Axis is in charge of software development as well as Axis' e-business activities. In 1995, he began his first activity by founding the Sardegna.com portal. In 1996, he participated in commercial and marketing aspects of Ludus.com, the first Italian web site specialized in video games. In 1997, he began collaborating with a few of the more important Italian advertising agencies. In the same year, together with Gian Luca Fillip, he established Axis Strategic Vision S.r.l.. Since 1998, he looks after organizing the Development Team and the Project Managers. Currently, he holds the position of company general manager and takes care of organizing the new division New Business in the world of wireless applications.
